We have used melatonin for years in our house (hello ADHD) to help get more restful sleep. Usually there's a bit of a "hangover" the following morning - grogginess, mild irritability. With the dream tincture none of that happens! Great sleep and wake up feeling rested and ready for the day!

Ok I have a few of the different tinctures from Society’s Plant and they are all incredible. I have epilepsy and take seizure meds at night which typically make me pretty tired but I wake up in the middle of the night a lot. Tried this DREAM tincture and sleep all through the night. I wanted to see if it was really the tincture or not so, I took it earlier one night just to see and about 30 minutes later I was absolutely ready for bed!!
